Q: Do you offer OEM service, can we add our logo on the light?
A: Yes, we do offer OEM, and we can add the logo on the product. If for sample order, There will have logo printing charge for the first time, then it will be no longer charge on logo for the order later.

Q: What is the payment terms?
A: T/T, Western Union trade assurance( 30% -50% deposit ,balance before shipping ).

Q: Is there any Warranty?
A: Yes, 1year warranty. When get goods, please send pictures or video to us, if an quality or operation problem were found, so that we can give you professional solutions soon. If it's due our quality problems, spare parts need, usually it will be free in warranty year, but please bear the freight. (Lamp is not warranted).

Q: If the products are broken, how shall I get the spare parts?
A: During the warranty, if the product meet any problems, we will provide free parts for replacement, (except lamp & CMY), but the Delivery cost paid by customer; After the warranty, we provide spare parts for replacement based on certain charge. 
For more problems, please contact us, our serving staff will check and discuss the problem with our engineer, then give you repairing suggestion and deal with you for the needed spare parts delivery.
